Excellent, intelligent, & aware piece Michael!!! Everything you say makes absolute, logical sense. I've been aware of what was coming for Mother Earth from many sources, for many decades. One source was the predictions in Mary Summer Rain's book "Spirit Song: the introduction of No Eyes" 1985. I've lived high above sea level since reading of the floods to come🌊💦

Don’t bet on Orthodox christianity in russia. Yes it may have increased in numbers recently, those are people joining the church formally. And they may study books and commandments, but that don’t mean anything.

When it comes to a practical question, like having choice between being inconvenienced and having other people suffer, religious russians just like regular russians will be fine with people dying, not just ukrainians but russians, their friends and neighbours.

Russians are some of the most godless people in the world. There’s no line that they will not cross because of religious beliefs.

yup. i read something similar elsewhere. they called the next era "the imperial era", where we go back to the late 19th century both politically (imperial domination) and economically (gilded age). we all know what followed in the early 20th century - multiple wars and economic collapse. not good.

I agree that global heating is a dominant factor in superpower geopolitical planning. But climate chaos and its consequences are not 75 years away. Greenland experienced extraordinary high temperatures in May 2025 (during La Nina!). Australia is in an insane heat wave RIGHT NOW. Polar ice sheets and glaciers are retreating at unexpected rates NOW. Global heating is accelerating and 2026 will see the next El Nino which will bring yet more record heat and extreme environmental events to the northern hemisphere. All the geopolitical scheming between nations will be caught off guard with the pace and intensity.

The world in just 5 years will be completely different than today. Certainly in 10. When the hot wars between the superpowers actually start is the big question mark. Too much chaos baked into our systems to think any current predictions are accurate. Everyone's plans are going to be ruined, including entire nations. They will be overwhelmed by internal crisis.

Belief is not a requirement. We will be witness.

Last Week the WSJ had an article entitled China's Push to Master the Arctic Opens an Alarming Short Cut to the US. The most interesting part of the article to me was the map showing all the ocean front property Russia would have if Mar-a-lago flooded permanently. There's a queasy, terrible ring of truth to this… if not by design, then certainly incredibly coincidental.

The slicing up the world by hemisphere is not paranoiac whatsoever. It’s in our new national security document.

William Burroughs had that great line along the lines of (I'm paraphrasing here) just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you.

I guess we’re both paranoid. Climate change was my first thought of when Greenland came out of the Snoozelini’s lips. There will be mass population displacement and people will move north. Greenland is going to be desirable property.

Spot on, Mr. Black. Nothing that you have imagined is too far fetched for the obscene administration in the Casa Blanca.

Trump's behavior has always left a clear trail of questionable choices. It's not a conspiracy theory to notice it. I can't believe more people don't see it.
