Oddly similar story to my mom. My parent's divorce was due to many things but mom got the ball rolling by sleeping with the baby sitter. It wasn't easy being a gay single mom in the 70s but she managed as best she could.

That's amazing. Yeah, not a lot of lesbian moms back then. Did your mom also subscribe to Ms. Magazine? Ms. was huge in our house.
