Capitalism/socialism is a simulation we put ourselves in, and it clearly doesn’t work, no country has been able to make it work in 100 years. Yet like crazy people expecting a different result, new politicians get elected every year with expectation that something will be better.
Who said that we should be trying capitalism/socialism indefinitely? I think after few tries, in 1930s we should have said - this system doesn’t work, let’s not waste time trying for another 100 years and ask scientists to come up with nether new system.
Maybe it’s like feudalism before it, few centuries should pass until everything is destroyed and new society is built.
I’m gonna get grief for this… but it’s not as bad as it looks. By combining big subsidies for renewable energy w/ very strict limits on motor vehicle and power plant emissions, Biden has turned the corner. We still have a long way to go to reach zero emissions, but we’re now going in the right direction, as long as we keep Trump from getting back in— and we will.
I don’t know, man, I disagree. There IS an objective reality, and those of us attached to it ARE more sane than those that aren’t. The chemtrail people ARE more insane than those of us who live in reality. Equating the adrenochrome nutjobs with lefties who are pulling their hair out because adrenochrome nutjobs aren’t laughed off the stage is…insane :)
Or what comes next out of a very poor choice of locations to perform this research. Shouldn’t it be hundreds of feet below ground like in Andromeda Strain ? In the good ole USA? We can get the bat guano there and fly it here. Why would any sane person trust the Chinese to access or run this facility?
Why wouldn't we trust them? The Chinese didn't put out vaccine disinformation, the US tried to undermine China's vaccine with dangerous disinformation. Looks like China can't trust the US.
