Really interesting theory. Let’s say you’re right. Do you think those who claim to be channeling an entity actually believe that, or are they making that part up for some reason? Like maybe Darryl Anka thinks people will be more apt to hear the message if it’s coming from Bashar or something. And does anyone have any theories on who Paul Anka was channeling when he wrote My Way?
“Place yourself in the middle of THE STREAM of power and wisdom which animates all whom it floats, and you are without effort impelled to truth, to right and a perfect contentment.” -Emerson. (Emphasis added.)
The concept of tapping into the “Stream” is not unfamiliar. Noel Gallagher (Oasis) equated his songwriting to fishing in a stream, and that all good songwriters were tapping into that same stream. He even says when Chris Martin (Cold Play) wrote “Yellow”, he wished he’d been fishing that day.
Sleep, per chance to dream, or maybe just take some deep breaths. Songs come to musicians that way. Go to the Monroe Institute and learn the techniques. The answers are out there.

Emerson ripping me off AGAIN?!? Shaking my head.
It’s his stream too, isn’t it?
This may be along the lines of the concept of the Akashic Records. Have you read any of Eric Wargo's work on the nature of time and premonitions?
People of earth: you're losing it.

Rick Rubin's book on creativity dives right in to the concept of source and artists being able to open their consciousness to access it.

Inexplicable. But then so is quantum entanglement which reaches across the universe. See cat: Schrödinger’s
